Trailer, vehicle, shelter, platform and in-field deployments are all catered to, and our team is always here to help advise you on the best products to suit your project. Universal Tripod

Our locally engineered and fabricated tripod is now predominately made in structural aluminium for a lighter, robust product. Used in conjunction with our Universal Collar, this unit suits masts up to 88.9mm (3.5″) in base tube diameter. One of our Heavy Duty Transit Cases is a recommended add-on for protection during storage and transit.

Vehicle Mount System

Engineered and fabricated by Clark Masts Asia Pacific, the Vehicle Mount allows for mast deployment off the tow-bar of a vehicle.

This product uses the Universal Collar system (included) to attach the mast. Use of stabiliser bars attaching from the mast to the roof of the vehicle allows masts to be transited on the back of the vehicle under certain conditions. A Heavy Duty Transit Case is included with this product.

Vehicle Mount ‘MB1000 Series’

Similar to the previous Vehicle Mount System, this new unit suits mast deployment off the tow-bar of a vehicle.

Using a ball-socket base and quick release bracket, this unit suits mounting larger masts, faster! Stabiliser bars allow masts to be transited on the vehicle under certain conditions. System includes a Heavy Duty Transit Case.

Field Leg Assembly

Locally engineered and built, our current Field Leg Assembly is  fast and easy to use. Made predominantly using structural aluminium with some steel components to reduce weight and provide additional strength, it includes a field base and field collar allowing the mast to be fully rotated inside the leg assembly for alignment of directional equipment. Suits RT-Series over 101.6mm (4.0″) base tube diameter masts and all keyed masts.

Universal Collar

Our Universal Collar allows for masts to be quickly and easily deployed and moved between our two most popular deployment systems, the Universal Tripod and Vehicle Mount. The collar includes a bubble level for easy leveling of the mast. Suits masts up to 88.9mm (3.5″) in base tube diameter.

Upper mounting bracket (non-turnable)

A robust and cost-effective mounting option for masts not requiring rotation once extended, this bracket will suit a range of deployment applications including both trailer and vehicle mounting. The bracket may be used in pairs or in conjunction with a lower mounting bracket (non-turnable).

Lower mounting bracket (non-turnable)

A robust and cost-effective mounting option for masts not requiring rotation once extended, this bracket will suit a range of deployment applications including both trailer and vehicle mounting. The bracket is used in conjunction with an upper mounting bracket (non-turnable).

Upper mounting bracket (turnable)

For mounting masts that require rotation once extended to align directional equipment, this bracket will suit a range of deployment applications including both trailer and vehicle mounting. The bracket is used in conjunction with a lower mounting bracket (turnable) and a rotatable base.

Lower mounting bracket (turnable)

For mounting masts that require rotation once extended to align directional equipment, this bracket will suit a range of deployment applications including both trailer and vehicle mounting. The bracket is used in conjunction with an upper mounting bracket (turnable) and a rotatable base.

Rotatable base

This base, when used with turnable brackets, will allow rotation of the mast while fully extended to align directional equipment.

Fixed base

Fitted on our larger masts as a means of attaching the base of the unit to either a lower mounting bracket (turnable) or horizontal mounting surface. This base is used when a rotatable base is not required.

Field base

Supplied with our Field Leg Assembly, or separately for custom deployment scenarios, this unit fixes a ball fitting to the base of the mast, which interfaces with the socket of the Field base to allow for horizontal to vertical fitting, and rotation of the mast unit.

Rover Tilt Unit

Initially engineered as a custom solution, the Rover has become a popular method of trailer or vehicle mounting our RT-Series and smaller keyed masts. Incorporating a horizontal-vertical tilting spine and a turntable mechanism for rotating the mast, it is a cost-effective and smart solution.

Saddle clamp

A quick-release alternative to upper mounting brackets, these are best used for deployments where mast rotation is not required, and in conjunction with a fixed base.

Roof bearing

Allowing weather-proof deployment through the roof of vehicles, shipping containers, portable shelters and much more, the roof bearing also allows for mast rotation for alignment of directional equipment when used with a rotatable base.

Roof Trolley

When required, Clark Masts can engineer and fabricate a roof-mounted trolley system that can deploy off the back of your vehicle. With all manner of customisation and features available, talk to us today about your requirements!

Wheel Handle

An optional fitting for keyed masts that require rotation, the wheel handle allows users to simply and easily rotate the mast to align directional equipment. Used with turnable brackets and a rotatable base, or Field Leg Assembly.

Rotatable guy collar

Fitted as standard on all keyed masts, this collar allows for the attachment of guy ropes to help stabilise the mast, as well as the ability to rotate the mast while guyed when used in conjunction with turnable brackets and a rotatable base, or a Field Leg Assembly.

Sand scraper rings

Recently re-designed, our new sand scraper rings help to minimise dust and dirt ingress. These are particularly useful in mining and similar environments.

Our standard range of equipment adaptors are designed to cater to the majority of customer mounting requirements. Antennas, lamps, cameras and other data recording devices are just some of the many categories of equipment that can be mounted using the below range.

We do however recognise that a large portion of our customers need a tailored solution when it comes to mounting their equipment to our masts. Many of the adaptors below began as custom projects for specific customers. We offer an in-house design and fabrication service for customers who cannot find a suitable adaptor in our range – contact us to find out more.

Universal Antenna Adaptor

Our most popular adaptor, it can mount antenna spigots 12-40mm either horizontally or vertically. Two versions are available to suit either our standard 24mm or 40mm mast top sockets.

Mid-mast mounting adaptor

Available in a range of sizes to suit clamping on any size tube diameter, these polyamide clamp assemblies can be used on their own or in conjunction with a custom adaptor plate to suit the customer’s specific equipment to allow safe and appropriate mounting at any point along the extension of the mast.

Dual Antenna Mount

Utilising the same clamp mechanism as the Universal Antenna Adaptor, this adaptor provides two equipment mounting points suiting spigots 12-40mm. Cross-arm comes in standard lengths of 300mm, 500mm, and 800mm; this length can be customised to suit specific equipment when required.

Spigot Adaptor

A very popular accessory, this adaptor provides a strong attachment point that allows customers to clamp using their equipment’s existing jaws or clamps. Interfaces with the 24mm top socket at the head of the mast. Spigot diameter is 25mm.

Flanged Spigot Adaptor

An upgrade on the Spigot Adaptor, this unit allows customers use their equipment’s existing jaws or clamps and interfaces with the 40mm top socket at the head of larger masts. It also incorporates a flange piece to secure the adaptor to arrest any minor rotational creep for directional equipment. Spigot diameter is 50mm. Suits Mast Socket/Flange fitting.

Multi Lamp Mounting Adaptor

This unit provides the option for mounting up to four lamps from the mast. Utilising the mid-mast mounting adaptor clamp as an attachment point, the design lends itself to easy mounting at any height on the mast.

Multi Antenna Mount

Originally conceived as a custom adaptor, this highly versatile product provides the same flexibility as the Flanged Spigot Adaptor, but provides up to four points of attachment for customers’ various equipment, such as antennas, cameras or data recording equipment. Suitable for larger masts, the attachment points allow customers to use their equipment’s existing jaws or clamps for easy attachment.

End Fed Antenna Adaptor

Suiting our smaller masts, this adaptor allows for mounting of a single whip antenna secured with a clamp and a strategic exit point for the antenna cabling.

Wire Antenna Adaptor

Engineered originally for use with our military PU masts, this adaptor is used to mount wire antennas. The arm and pulley system allows for quick and easy setup for the user.

Height Extender

Providing one additional metre of extended height, this unit is fitted with a standard 24mm top socket at the head for mounting equipment and a guy collar for attachment of ropes required to give the necessary stability and safety.

Lamp Plate Adaptor

Measuring 200mm x 60mm, this mounting plate is designed to provide an attachment point for up to two lamps. The spigot suits our smaller masts fitted with the standard 24mm top socket.

Camera Plate Adaptor

Measuring 80mm x 60mm, this plate is ideal for camera mounting, and can be supplied with the appropriate 1/4 BSW fastener for camera securing if required. Spigot suits our smaller masts fitted with the standard 24mm top socket.

Mast Socket/Flange Fitting

For many of our larger masts, customers are mounting large headloads that require additional securing. Our masts can be fitted with our combined flange/top socket fitting which provides all the functionality of our standard top socket with the added benefit or a flange to doubly secure your equipment.

For many of our customers, mast guying is an essential aspect of their project, and any deployment of our masts. Guying helps to ensure safety, stability, and can be a valuable cost-saver for many customers for these reasons.

Made by Clark Masts to suit our mast products, our guy ropes and associated products are simple and fast to use and will add significant value to your project.

Guy rope – Polyester

Our standard polyester guy rope assemblies are made using a safety orange rope with a reflective fleck for added safety. Assembly includes specified length of rope, storage spool, stainless steel spring hooks for attachment and military grade tensioner. Used in conjunction with our our RT-Series range of masts.

Guy rope – Vectran core

Our standard vectran core guy rope assemblies are made using a safety red rope sheath for added safety. Assembly includes specified length of rope, storage spool, stainless steel spring hooks for attachment and military grade tensioner. Used on masts above 15 metres and keyed mast units for added stability for directional and sensitive equipment.

Rope tensioner

This military grade rope tensioner is the standard tensioner used on all our rope assemblies. Popular with military units around the world, it has proven its strength and reliability after decades of in-field service.

Guy picket

Our standard pickets come in three lengths to suit the size of your mast, and are fabricated by us with a custom top hitting plate for easy removal from ground. Constructed from zinc galvanised mild steel.

Sand anchor picket

Our locally engineered and made anchor picket is ideal for sandy soil. The use of an augur at the base of the picket allows it to be twisted into loose ground types. The augur then acts as an anchor to prevent pickets pulling loose.

Guy picket hammer

Our standard hammer for installing and removing guy pickets is a must-have in any guying kit.

Guy radius rope

Supplied in the required length, these ropes allow fast and easy measurement of the picket radius when deploying your mast.

Guy anchor blocks

Engineered to provide appropriate anchoring for guying of larger masts, this system can be assembled on site by only one user and can provide up to 600kg of weight per anchor! Incorporated in the design are anchor spikes to arrest drag.

Our range of compressors, air controls and handpumps, as well as various fittings and other ancilliary accessories provide the complete range of options for our pneumatic masts.

Made by Clark Masts to suit our mast products, by sourcing one of our air supplies you can rest assured the air source you buy is safe and fit for use with our systems.

RT Handpump

Our standard handpump is suitable for use on smaller diamter masts up to 15 metres. With an ergonomic handle and options for base tube and wall mounting as well as foot stand. This handpump is included as standard with all RT-Series masts.

Model 40 Compressor

Our smaller compressors are oil-less and constructed with a built-in regulator to limit pressure to our pneumatic masts. Suitable for masts up to 15 metres. Available in 12V/24V/230V.

Model 185 Compressor

Our larger compressors are oil-less and constructed with a built-in regulator to limit pressure to our pneumatic masts. Suitable for masts from 10 metres. Available in 12V/24V/230V.

Air Pressure Control Unit

Used when customers wish to supply mast from a vehicle’s air system, the unit consists of a manometer, pressure regulator and control handle.

Transit/Storage Case for Model 40 Compressor

Designed to suit our Model 40 range of compressors, this case has dividers to create additional compartments for storage of a battery, remote, air hose, tools, etc.

Cabled Remote for Compressor

Configured with an up-down control switch and available with or without deadman function, the 2.5 metre cabled remote also includes an indicator light for connection/power status of the remote.

Clark Masts provides a range of solutions for external cable management as well as the ability to fit internal spiral cabling to selected mast models. Cable cores can suit applications including lighting and data transfer.

Cable Guide Set

Installed on all sections of the mast except the top, these rings are supplied in either a 36mm or 50mm internal diameter. Up to two sets can be fitted per mast; each guide is fitted at the section’s collar and allows cables to run freely up and down the mast without allowing the cable to place unwanted load on the mast in higher winds.

External Spiral Conduit

Available in two sizes, customers can install their cable inside this conduit to protect from environmental factors and to keep it storing in a neat stack.

Internal Spiral Cabling

With a range of cores to suit power as well as data applications, these cables may be installed in selected masts up to 10 metres in extended height. Talk to us today to find out more and discuss your needs!
